Mercy is our default setting. We do not carry offense, we carry the cross. Growth stops where unforgiveness stays.

We reject performance. We lead with transparency and invite others into transformation through truth.
Trust
Trust is built in the tension. We lead with truth, not silence. Awkward conversations do not scare us. Division does.

We give God our best, period. We show up with excellence because He is worthy, not because it is convenient.

We sow with open hands and pure hearts. We give time, treasure, and talent without manipulation or hidden motives.
Communication
We do not assume. We articulate. Clear communication is how we honor people and protect vision.

We are not called to blend in. We are called to burn. Holiness is not religion. It is intimacy. The closer we get, the more we change.

Presence Over Everything.
We are not built around a person, a platform, or a program. We are built around the presence of God. We do not move unless He moves.
People Are the Mission.
People are not interruptions to ministry. They are the ministry. We build family before we build systems. Ministry without love is just noise.
We Birth What Heaven Breathes.
This house is fertile ground for vision. We do not compete, we cover. We make room for the dreams God plants.
Every Voice Matters.
We release those who are called, anointed, and committed, regardless of gender. Your voice matters when it is His voice through you.
Marked by Fire.
We live with urgency, hunger, and consecration. Until He splits the sky or calls us home, we burn. We do not cool off. We do not dim down.

Leadership is not a title. It is a calling to steward the awe of God and lead people into a presence-driven life.
Presence First
You cannot lead people into a place you do not dwell. Daily personal encounters with God are non-negotiable. If His presence does not go with us, we do not go.
Live Unoffended
Unforgiveness disqualifies you from spiritual maturity. Forgiveness is the foundation of the Kingdom. We do not hold grudges. We extend grace.
Sabbath Strong
Rest is worship. We do not just take days off. We honor the Sabbath. It is how we hear God clearly and lead with clarity.
First and Best
We do not lead where we do not sow. Leaders model radical generosity. We tithe with joy, give with honor, and put God first in every area.
One Sound
We fight for unity, not for our opinions. We speak life, shut down gossip, and protect the house. Unity is surrender to the same Spirit.
