Formation School of Leadership exists to form presence-driven disciples and leaders whose character and faithfulness make them trustworthy to serve, lead, and be sent with integrity in the Church and in the world.

Presence First
Formation begins in the inner life. Before any student leads others, they learn to dwell in the presence of God. The interior life is the foundation of everything that follows.
Character Deep
Trustworthy leadership is not a matter of gifting. It is a matter of character. Growth is measured not by what a student can do, but by who they are becoming under real responsibility.
Mission Ready
Formation that never issues in mission is incomplete. Students who complete this journey are formed, tested, and equipped to be sent with integrity into the Church and the world.

Sunday Worship
Faithful participation in a local church community. Formation happens inside the Body, not apart from it.
Active Serving
Every student serves faithfully on a team within their local church. Serving is not a supplement to formation. It is formation.

Faithful financial giving is non-negotiable. Generosity reveals the condition of the heart more clearly than any assignment.

Weekly ninety-minute Formation Nights are the heartbeat of the school. Consistency is not optional.
